He can very well scale twisted sister’s tangled branches and clamber up the Double Trunker with ease. But then a new kid Nottingham shows up and amazes everyone with his climbing skills. Sully’s status is under threat and there is only one way to prove who is better amongst the two. So basically, two have a race to climb the last unarmed tree to see who will reach the top first and become a legend. During the climb, things go wrong. Sully falls and is injured. It is the moment where all the rivalry, pride, and pressure finally collide. The ending makes Sully realize and become more self-aware, humbled, and open to change. He does not magically become perfect, but he begins to understand that growing up means letting go of the need to constantly prove yourself.
